Memorial Site (Domaszewska Street) - The graves of Lukow's Jewish residents are also located in the tree-lined gravel pit, between Radzyńska and Świderska Streets. During World War II, Jews were shot here, the dead were buried here, and victims of executions carried out on the gravel pit - a total of about 2,000 people. Some of the bodies were exhumed after the war and moved to the cemetery on ul. Warsaw. In 1989. Lukow authorities, in cooperation with Jewish communities, fenced off a section of the gravel pit area and erected a boulder with a memorial plaque on it. Next to it are 11 tombstones placed during the Nazi occupation by the families of the dead and murdered. There are also several similar plaques in the nearby forest.
